If you have a fault with a product, please firstly consult the product instruction manual or available fault finding guide.  These can be found in our Technical Data section.

If this does not solve your problem then please call our dedicated telephone support line on 01482 678981 or contact us by e-mail.  We require details of the actual fault along with the caravan / motorhome serial number, and the product serial number / reference.  Our support line is open 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 12:30pm on Friday (closed for lunch 12:30 to 1:30).

If you need to return goods to us, you will need to follow our returns procedure which can be found here.  Never return any product without first requesting a returns number, otherwise your product may be lost.

Product Repair Service

The following repair options are designed to provided a cost effective way to repair Sargent products that are outside their warrenty period.  Please discuss your repair with our customer support team before placing your order (01482 678981 support@sargentltd.co.uk).

The options below are for a fixed price repair of one item and include full inspection, repair and test of the unit and a one year warranty on any new or repaired components.  If you would like us to collect your product by courier, and have already discussed this with our customer support team, please also add ‘Pick my product up’ to your shipping cart.  Once we have received payment we will send you returns paperwork by e-mail.  Repairs typically take 7 to 10 working days to complete so please consider this when organising your repair.
