We require details of the actual fault along with the caravan / motorhome serial number, and the product serial number / reference.

The following repair options are designed to provide a cost effective way to repair Sargent products that are outside their warranty period. Please discuss your repair with our customer support team before placing your order (01482 678981 firstname.lastname@example.org).
The options below are for a fixed price repair of one item and include full inspection, repair and test of the unit and a one year warranty on any new or repaired components.
If you would like us to collect your product by courier please also add ‘Pick my Product up’ to your order / shipping cart.
Once we have received payment we will send you an email confirming your order and stating your order number, please put this number on your Repair Order Form, following the instructions, and completing the requested information.
Repairs typically take 7 to 10 working days to complete so please consider this when organising your repair.

We will be closing Tuesday 23rd December 2014 and re-open Monday 5th January 2015. Any paid repairs we receive after Friday 12th December will not be delivered back until the New Year.
